Common Fee Instructions
a} In case a seat in any disipline is offered to a candidate who has applied for admission, He/She will be required to deposit the requisite Tuition Fee other charges on the spot. In case of failure to deposit fee, charges etc., the seat will be offered to next candidate. All College & Hostel Fee must be paid on time in the college.
b} Student Members of College Sports & Adventure Club shall make arrangements for sports activities by Membership contributions as may be fixed by the Club.
c) Tuition fee & other charges once deposited will not be refunded in any event or circumstances or for any reason what so ever. If a student leaves the college for any reason whatsoever after grant of admission and deposit of tuition and other Fee and charges, he/she will not be entitled to claim, or be eligible for refund of any Tuition or other fee or charges so deposited and will only be entitled to refund of refundable deposits at the prescribed time after adjustment of all dues.
d) A fine of ₹50/· per day will be levied for the college fees which are overdue. No postponement of college dues will be allowed for any reason whatsoever including the nonreceipt of scholarships.
e) Any student who fails to pay the college dues by the prescribed date may be fined, suspended or ultimately removed from the college rolls.
f} In case the lart date of payment of fee dues fall on Sunday or any other holiday the working day proceeding that will be considered due date i.e., 14th and 15th are holidays, 13th will be considered as the due date.
g) All College Mess/ Hostel Dues & Fines etc. must be paid by the student before the University Semester Examination Fonm is submitted to the College. The defaulting student may be disallowed to sit in the semester examination at the discretion of the college authorities.
h) For obtaining refund of Securities, the student concerned should obtain Clearance Certificate from the various College Department/Mess Office concerned and submit to office before leaving the College and also intimate the latest address on which the amount of Security is to be remitted.
I) The hostel is allotted on year basis and in case a student leaves the hostel in between the year to suit his/her own convenience, the hostel fee for the unexpired period of current year will be charged from the student.
